This program has been specifically designed with YOU in mind to help you achieve your ultimate health goals and feel more energised, motivated and active than you have in years.
I created this program for women just like you who want to feel alive again, to have more energy, to sleep better, to feel less stressed and to feel good (really good!) about the way they look and feel. This is not a ‘one fits all’ program – this program is run one on one, either in person or via phone, and each program will be designed to suit you and your individual needs. Every one of us is different and this program will suit you as an individual.
This program is about you giving yourself permission to look after yourself and to really love yourself. To feel comfortable in the skin you’re in and to find happiness in your life through a balanced approach to living. Together we will work through any emotional and physical blocks you might have so that we can improve your overall wellbeing.
The aim and outcome of this program is to teach and coach you through areas in your life that you need help with and to ensure that you finish the 12 weeks feeling like you have all the necessary tools to continue your new found healthy lifestyle. With your new found energy levels you will be able to fully participate in life with so much more vitality and live the productive, active life that you deserve.

“When I first started working with Melanie I had just lost my husband, my life was in turmoil. Every aspect of my life was completely out of balance. I was overweight and binge eating due to emotional eating. My diet consisted of a crap load of coffee and chocolate. My mental health was very poor, I felt worthless, weak and about to be put on antidepressants. I was experiencing crippling anxiety, extreme mood swings and borderline depression.
