Mixed Berry & Lavender Chia Puddings


There’s something extra special about using ingredients like dried lavender that you can pick from your own garden and use in your cooking. These chia puddings make the most perfect breakfast to wake up too. You will be so thankful that you took the time to make them the night before!

 

Ingredients

1 cup almond or coconut milk

1/3 cup frozen mixed berries

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

¼ teaspoon vanilla

2 teaspoons dried lavender

¼ cup chia seeds

Extra berries and lavender for topping

 

Method

Blend milk, mixed berries, maple syrup, vanilla and dried lavender in a food processor.

Stir in chia seeds until well combined. Pour pudding mixture into 3 individual glass jars or 1 large glass jar. Cover and refrigerate for minimum 2 hours or preferably over night.

Serve puddings topped with extra mixed berries and lavender.
