Each training session is individual and tailored to you. I will help you achieve both your health and fitness goals no matter what your starting point is and I will be with you to inspire, motivate and keep you on track throughout your program.

You have the option of training one-on-one for a more personal experience or you can bring along a friend and train together. Located just south of Adelaide in Darlington, 10 minutess from Glenelg, 2 minutess from Westfield Marion, my studio is completely private and welcoming – contact me now to get started today.

Personal Training & Group Training Prices are as follows …

$60 pp – 60 minute one-on-one personal training session

$35 pp – 30 minute one-on-one personal training session

$25 pp – 45 minute group training session (2 or more)
