YOGA & MEDITATION

I teach both the beautiful Vinyasa Flow Yoga and calming and balancing Yin Yoga.

Vinyasa Flow incorporates traditional yoga postures with the flow of the breath. This style of yoga energises and invigorates the entire body. It will greatly assist to relieve and dissolve any tension in the body and mind. You will leave each class feeling refreshed and alive, while at the same time noticing a peaceful calm mind.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic and fluid mind-body movement practice that cultivates a moving meditation of breath, body and awareness.

Vinyasa Flow combines dynamic flow, strengthening and stretching techniques, conscious breathing, mindful awareness and relaxation in a comprehensive practice that will improve strength, stamina, balance, mobility, posture and body awareness while reducing tension, stress and poor postural habits.

Yin Yoga is the stillness and balance between the masculine (yang) and feminine (yin) in our lives. It allows us the chance to be still in our bodies, minds and souls and may just be the missing yoga practice you have been needing and craving in your life. When I first found Yin Yoga and then studied Yin, I very quickly fell in love with the practice and the philosophies behind Yin and hope you will too.

All of my classes are suitable for all levels and each class only has a maximum of 10 students.
