Mesquite, Chia & Hemp Seed Smoothie

Make breakfast or snack time easy and convenient with a delicious smoothie full of super food power. This smoothie is high in protein, essential fats, antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Mesquite is low GI, with a caramel type taste making it a perfect natural sweetener, plus it’s full of added goodness!

INGREDIENTS

 1x ripe banana

 1x organic egg

 1 cup almond milk

 1 tsp chia seeds

 1 tsp hemp seeds

 1 tsp mesquite powder (check out your local health food store)

METHOD

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
