Whether you’ve been trying to fall pregnant for months or years, or you haven’t started trying yet, now is the best time to start thinking about your fertility and how you can optimise your chances of conceiving. Regardless of where you are in this journey, it’s never too early or too late.

I know there’s a lot of worry and stress that can come with the thought of starting a family. I’ve been there and I totally get you.

This would give you the time to work through the program thoroughly, creating a beautifully healthy environment in which to conceive and ensuring the best possible start to life for your baby.

Bloom Fertility will teach you the exact steps you need to take to get your fertility back on track so you can stop worrying and second-guessing, and just enjoy the exciting task of planning for your new baby!

In the last trimester of my first pregnancy, my daughter was breech and I fell very ill with pre-eclampsia.  As we got closer to my due date, my blood pressure became incredibly high and my pre-eclampsia just kept getting worse and worse. When it came time to deliver, instead of the beautiful, natural birth I’d hoped for, I had my baby via an emergency c-section under a general anaesthetic. I had to stay in the hospital for seven days after my daughter was born before we were allowed to go home.

I didn’t know it at the time, but it’s possible I could have avoided the pre-eclampsia. Had I known that some of the foods I’d been eating, the stress I was under, and the fears I’d been harbouring as a woman going through her first pregnancy could cause so much illness in my body, I might have been able to do things differently and have a very different first experience.

When my daughter was 6-months old, I began my journey of study, self-healing and exploring the world of wellness as it relates to preconception, fertility, pregnancy and birth. When I was blessed with my second pregnancy, I came to it with a much greater awareness of the importance of my own health and well-being during that very special time. As a result, my second pregnancy was much easier, far more enjoyable, and the birth of my son was as far removed from the birth of my daughter as it could be.

For nearly 10 years I’ve been supporting women with their health, fitness and nutrition. I’ve helped hundreds of women create better habits, make better choices, and become healthier and happier within themselves. I’m so thankful to now be able to offer a program to women who are looking to optimise their fertility and their chances of a natural conception.

What will Bloom Fertility do for you?
