Mesquite, Chia & Hemp Seed Smoothie INGREDIENTS

 1x ripe banana

 1x organic egg

 1 tsp chia seeds

1cup almond milk

 1 tsp hemp seeds

 1 tsp mesquite powder (check out your local health food store)

METHOD

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
