Mixed Berry & Lavender Chia Puddings

These chia puddings make the most perfect breakfast to wake up too. So you’ll be thankful that you took the time to make them the night before!

Mixed Berry & Lavender Chia Puddings Ingredients

1 cup almond or coconut milk

1/3 cup frozen mixed berries

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

¼ teaspoon vanilla

2 teaspoons dried lavender

¼ cup chia seeds

Extra berries and lavender for topping


Blend milk, mixed berries, maple syrup, vanilla and dried lavender in a food processor.

Stir in chia seeds until well combined. Pour pudding mixture into 3 individual glass jars or 1 large glass jar. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or preferably overnight.

Serve puddings topped with extra mixed berries and lavender.
