My Go-To Green Smoothie Recipe

Green smoothies are quick and easy to make. Adding one to your daily routine will help boost your immune system. It also helps to improve skin complexion, digestion, aid weight loss, increase energy levels and improve your mood. Having a green smoothie for breakfast or as a snack even just a few times a week could make a big difference to your overall health. It’s one of the easiest ways to get a quick blast of nutrition. It’s filled with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytochemicals into your body.

Green Smoothie


Large handful of leafy greens – baby spinach, kale etc
1 x Lebanese cucumber
1 x Avocado

2x Celery stalks – peel stringy bits if preferred
1 x Kiwi fruit
1 x Small Green Apple
Handful of fresh mint
Tablespoon of flaxseed oil or avocado oil
Juice from 1-2 lemons
Enough water or coconut water to cover all ingredients


Blend all ingredients together until smooth consistency. You may need to add more water/coconut water depending on your preference. Enjoy!
