Today I have a killer workout you can do just about anywhere…SKIPPING ROPE WORKOUT!

With springtime almost upon us, it might be time to peel off those track pants, kick off the Ugg boots and lace up those sneakers.

What You’re Gonna Need for this Skipping Rope Workout:

  •  Yourself. Be ready and motivated for this exercise
  • A drinking bottle to keep you hydrated
  • Towel to wipe your sweat
  • Skipping rope

You don’t have a skipping rope or don’t like skipping? That’s ok, you can do this without skipping, just substitute the skips for high knees and you’re good to go!

Le’ts get started…….

100x Skips

10x Push-ups

10x Mountain Climbers

10x Crunches

10x Squats

Then just start dropping the reps – 10 for skips and 1 for each exercise

90x Skips

9x Push-ups

9x Mountain Climbers

9x Crunches

9x Squats

80x Skips

8x Push-ups

8x Mountain Climbers

8x Crunches

8x Squats

Now keep going 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 until you finish at 10 skips, 1 pushup, 1 mountain climber, 1 crunch, 1 squat.
