Workouts for at home or on holidays

With the school holidays almost upon us, I know it can make fitting in exercise difficult at times. Being able to exercise at home and while away on holidays is the best way to keep your fitness up over the Christmas break and ensure you don’t lose all that hard-earned muscle tone! These workouts are super simple and can easily be done with very little to no equipment. Try rotating through the 3 workouts for at home or on holidays and use some hand weights if you have some at home. Give them a try and let me know what you think in the comments below. Here are 3 Workouts for at home or on holidays

WORKOUT ONE

30 jumping jacks

5 push-ups

25 high knees

7 burpees

10 crunches

7 squats

5 push-ups

10 crunches

5 tricep push-ups

7 squats

30 jumping jacks

1 minute wall sit

5 push-ups

25 high knees

Rest and repeat 3 – 4 times

 

WORKOUT TWO – Super Quick Workout

15 squats and 5 push-ups

REPEAT 4 TIMES

10 lunges (each-leg) and 5 tricep push-ups

REPEAT 4 TIMES

(Work through as quickly as you can with very short rest periods)

 

WORKOUT THREE – Get That Heart Pumping Workout!

100 Skips – 10 Push-ups – 10 Crunches – 10 Jump Squats

90 Skips – 9 Push-ups – 9 Crunches – 9 Jump Squats

80 Skips – 8 Push-ups – 8 Crunches – 8 Jump Squats

70 Skips – 7 Push-ups – 7 Crunches – 7 Jump Squats

……..you get the picture?!

Keep going until you get down to …..

10 Skips – 1 Push-up – 1 Crunch – 1 Jump Squat
